Common types of custom metal parts in the field of robotics:

Joints and connectors: These include multi-axis joint housings, rotating shafts, and high-precision brackets. These components are typically made of aluminum alloys 6061/7075 to achieve both lightweight and strength.

Transmission system components: Precision gears, planetary reducer housings, lead screw support seats and couplings. These usually require extremely high tolerance control (±0.01mm level).

End Effectors: Such as custom grippers and tool head brackets. These components are usually of complex shapes and are suitable for being processed by 5-axis CNC.

Structural base and housing: The base, protective cover and internal support structure used for service robots or industrial manipulators. Commonly made of stainless steel or sheet metal to enhance durability.
