Current Opportunities
1. Mechanical Engineer
Role: Design and optimize metal component manufacturing processes; participate in R&D of new products.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, 3+ years experience, proficient in CNC, stamping, and sheet metal processing.
2. Quality Engineer
Role: Oversee quality control and inspection during production; lead quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Quality Engineering, familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949; relevant certifications preferred.
3. Process Engineer
Role: Plan and implement processes for custom metal components, improve efficiency and product quality.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, or Automation; experience with production processes and equipment, strong on-site management skills.
4. Sales Manager (International Market)
Role: Develop and maintain global client relationships; drive sales of our products worldwide.
Requirements: Degree in Marketing, International Trade, or related field; 3+ years international sales experience; fluent English; strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Customer Service Specialist
Role: Provide after-sales support, resolve customer issues, maintain relationships.
Requirements: Diploma or higher; experience in customer service; strong communication and problem-solving skills; experience in metal manufacturing preferred.
6. Electrical Engineer
Role: Commission and maintain production equipment’s electrical systems; ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; 3+ years experience; familiar with PLCs and automated equipment operations.
7.Technical Support Lead (Ph.D.)
Role: Serve as the core technical strategist bridging advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence and global clients; lead high-end technical communications with purchasers on frontier technologies; deliver premium technical solutions to empower customer success; drive the company’s strategic transformation from component supplier to robotic product R&D and intelligent manufacturing leader; integrate AI technologies into product innovation and technical services to create core competitive advantages.
Requirements: Doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Manufacturing, Automation or related fields; in-depth expertise in cutting-edge metal component technologies and AI application for intelligent robots; proven ability to conduct high-level technical liaison with global purchasers; forward-thinking R&D vision to support robotic product development and corporate strategic upgrading; exceptional technical solution design and cross-boundary innovation capabilities.
