Full-Process Quality Control
Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)
All raw materials are inspected prior to storage for specifications,appearance, and critical properties, ensuring traceable and batch-controlled materials for stable downstream processing.
First Article Inspection (FAI)
During mold development or new product introduction, first article verification ensures all critical dimensions, tolerances, and structural features meet technical drawings before mass production begins.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
During key operations such as stamping, CNC machining,sheet metal forming, welding, and assembly, we perform in-process inspections and parameter monitoring to detect deviations or process anomalies and prevent batch-level quality issues.
Final Product Inspection (FQC)
Upon completion of production, we perform sampling or full inspections based on product specifications and customer requirements, verifying dimensions, appearance, and assembly compatibility.
