Q2: Do you support small batch production?
A2: Yes. We support sample production, small batches, and medium-to-large volume manufacturing, ensuring product consistency and reliable delivery.

Q3: Do you provide surface treatment services?
A3: Yes. Our services include electroplating, electrophoretic coating (E-coating), anodizing, powder coating, chemical plating, PVD vacuum coating, sandblasting, polishing, and electrochemical polishing.

Q4: What is the difference between CNC machining and stamping?
A4: CNC machining uses computer-controlled tools for high-precision cutting, suitable for complex geometries, while stamping uses dies to rapidly produce high-consistency parts for large-volume production.

Q5: What metal materials can you process?
A5: Common materials include carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper and copper alloys, and titanium alloys. Material selection is based on application, corrosion resistance, strength, weight, and cost.

Q6: Can you meet both high precision and large-volume production?
A6: Yes. Through standardized process planning, optimized tooling, CNC machining, and multi-step integration, we achieve high-precision parts in large-scale production.

3. International Trade & Delivery

Q7: Do you support international shipping?
A7: Yes. We serve clients worldwide, including Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, with reliable logistics and customs support.

Q8: What is the lead time for orders?
A8: Lead time depends on product type, quantity, and process complexity. Samples: 7–14 days, small batches: 2–4 weeks, large batches: to be confirmed per contract.

Q9: Do you provide quotations?
A9: Yes. Please submit your part drawings and specifications via our online form or email, and we will respond within 24–48 hours with an accurate quote.

4. Quality & After-sales Support

Q10: How do you ensure the quality of custom metal parts?
A10: We implement full-process quality control: Incoming Material Inspection (IQC), First Article Inspection (FAI), In-Process Inspection (IPQC), Finished Goods Inspection (FQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), following ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other international standards.
